Fantasy Cheat Code is run by Arc Design Agency, LLC. Two things are set out below: the terms you agree to by using the site, and what the site does with your information. Both are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Fantasy Cheat Code computes fantasy basketball numbers from public box scores, injury reports and betting lines, and publishes what it finds: rankings, lists, projections, signals and short written notes. It is an information service. It is not advice, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NBA, any team, ESPN, Yahoo, FanDuel or any other league, outlet or sportsbook.
You must be at least 18 to create an account. The betting pages are analysis only and are meant for people who are 21 or older and in a place where sports wagering is legal. If that is not you, use the fantasy side and skip the rest.
An account is yours alone. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may close an account that is being used to abuse the service or anyone else, and you can close yours whenever you like by writing to support@fantasycc.com.
Everything here is computed from data that is sometimes late, sometimes wrong, and always about the past. Projections are guesses with arithmetic behind them. Injury statuses come from reports that change without warning. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, and we do not promise it will be accurate, available or fit for whatever you are using it for. Decisions you make with it are yours.
Nothing on this site is a tip, a guarantee or an inducement to wager. Lines and edges are shown for analysis. If gambling has stopped being fun, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.
The name, the design, the writing and the engine behind the numbers belong to Arc Design Agency, LLC. Team names, league names and player names belong to their owners and are used here only to say who is who. Underlying statistics are facts and belong to nobody.
These terms can change; the date at the top says when they last did, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new ones. We can change or stop any part of the service. You can stop using it at any time.
To the extent the law allows, Arc Design Agency, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and its total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no third-party cookies on this site. Your information is not sold, rented or handed to data brokers. No payment details are taken today; if that changes, a payment processor will handle them and this page will say so before it happens.
Statistics come from data providers, but that traffic goes out from our servers and carries nothing about you.
Settings, theme, which tips you have seen and a few conveniences such as where you were in a table are stored on your own device, not on our servers, unless you save your settings to your account. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. Clearing your browser data clears all of it.
Account information stays until you delete the account. Chat logs are kept while they are useful for improving the service and are not tied to your identity. Ask us to delete your account and it goes, along with your lists, your saved view and your saved settings.
The site is not for children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
